Before you order
Ask about a story’s declared cast, required photo count, current availability, or the options displayed at checkout. We will not quote an unconfirmed delivery date, manufacturing specification or language edition.

Yoopbook support is available by email. Include the book title or order reference when relevant, but do not email a child’s photograph or payment information unless support specifically asks for an appropriate submission route.

Write from the email address used for the order where possible and include the order reference and book title. Describe the action you need, such as checking a detail, reporting a payment problem or asking whether a change is still possible.
Include the order reference and a clear description of the issue. Support may ask for photographs of the book or packaging through an appropriate route so the printing, delivery or personalisation issue can be reviewed.
Use the subject line “Privacy request” for questions about personal information or to ask about access, correction or deletion. Include enough information to locate the relevant account or order, but do not send additional sensitive content in the first message.
Yoopbook does not currently publish a guaranteed support-response window. If your question concerns a pending order change, say so clearly in the subject line; whether a change is possible depends on the order’s current production or dispatch state.

Optional analytics tell us which guides and storybooks help. Names, photographs, filenames and personalisation details are never included. The store works if you decline.
