A personalised book has to be prepared before it can travel. We do not yet publish one worldwide production-and-delivery promise. The option and charge shown for your address at checkout are the current facts; for an important birthday or event, ask before ordering.
Ask about delivery
A careful journeyThis is not an item waiting on a warehouse shelf. The personalised edition must pass its applicable preparation, review and production stages before dispatch. Until that operating promise is approved, this page will not turn an internal target into a customer deadline.
Delivery availability and cost depend on the address and the options returned during checkout. Review the named option and shipping charge before paying. If checkout does not offer a delivery method for the address, contact support rather than assuming delivery is available.
Contact hello@yoopbook.com immediately with the order email, reference and requested correction. Support will check whether the address can still be changed; no change is guaranteed after an order has entered production or dispatch.
When shipment tracking is available for an order, use the carrier information supplied with that order. For a missing, delayed or damaged delivery, contact support with the order reference and the latest carrier status.
If the date matters emotionally, tell us. Send support the destination postal code and the date before ordering. We can describe the current options, but we would rather be honest than turn an estimate into a promise the production path cannot yet support.
