Reviews policy

Good, bad or mixed—a review should come from a real order.

Yoopbook does not yet publish an aggregate customer rating. Before stars or verified-purchase labels appear, the collection system must invite honest feedback, protect children’s information and keep critical experiences visible.

Conceptual paper assemblage about receiving and considering a response. It is not a customer review or reviewer portrait.
Current rating
No aggregate customer score is published.
Verified purchase means
A review matched to a real order—not a verified opinion.
Customer media
Requires separate, explicit publication permission.

Neutral invitations

When review invitations begin, they should go to completed orders without quietly selecting only happy customers. The message should ask what genuinely happened and make clear that critical feedback will not reduce access to support or an applicable resolution.

Verified purchase

A “verified purchase” label may appear only when the review submission can be matched to a genuine Yoopbook order using non-public order data. The label verifies the transaction, not the reviewer’s opinion or every claim in the review.

Incentives and supplied books

If a discount, free product, payment or other material benefit is connected to a review, that relationship must be clearly disclosed with the review. No benefit may require a positive rating, particular wording or ranking-passing link.

Moderation

Spam, impersonation, threats, irrelevant material and private information do not belong in a public review. Disappointment does. A review should not disappear merely because it is negative; if privacy or safety requires a redaction, that moderation should remain visible.

Children and photographs

A purchase review does not grant permission to publish a child’s name, photograph or likeness. Publishing customer media requires a separate, explicit and revocable permission from the appropriate adult, with the intended placement stated.

Publication consent

The reviewer should choose whether their words may be published and how their public name is displayed. Private product feedback can remain private. Review consent is separate from production, account and marketing consent.

Ratings and structured data

Product and aggregate-rating markup will be added only after reviews are stored, moderated, associated with the correct product and rendered visibly on the matching product page. Yoopbook will not import invented, duplicated or unrelated ratings.

Corrections and disputes

A reviewer may request correction or removal of their own published review after reasonable identity verification. A product-response or outcome update should not overwrite the original customer account without their permission.
